Rumors are rife that Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle has approached Aamir Khan for his next venture.
Boyle first expressed a desire to work with Aamir during the premiere of Slumdog Millionaire in India, and has now approached him to work in his prospective film.
While Aamir was out of the country for a break with his kids, his chance return to Mumbai resulted in Boyle calling on the actor to discuss a new project, before hosting a party for his Slumdog team.
The director was in Mumbai to help rescue Azharuddin Ismail Shaikh and Rubina Ali, the child stars of Slumdog, after authorities razed their shanties, rendering them homeless.
