DNA tests conducted on Shiney Ahuja have confirmed that the Bollywood actor had sexual relationship with his 19-year-old maid.
Earlier, medical reports of the actor showed an abrasion on his right hand with no other injury on his body.
The abrasion indicates that the victim had tried to resist him, but the accused managed to overpower her, a police officer said.
Shiney – who is in judicial custody till July 2 – was arrested on June 15, after her domestic help accused him of raping her at his suburban Oshiwara residence.
The 36-year-old actor has been booked under Section 376 (rape), Section 346 (wrongful restraint) and Section 506 (threat to kill) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
If the charges are proved, they attract a minimum jail term of seven years.
Both Shiney and the victim have undergone medical tests in a government hospital. Preliminary medical reports on the victim have proved positive. The victim had been working with him for the past one year. She has accused him of repeatedly raping her.

Still can’t believe it! was shiney that idiot to sleep with his maid?!! Now he has ruined himself, his career, his image.. men sometimes turn to be savage and like animals.. when I heard this for first time, I couldn’t believe it.. I thought, as his wife said, a fabricated story, but then I read that he admitted that he slep with her!
what a shame.. Shiney has no future now.. he sacrificed everything for some cheap moments with a maid!

He has destroyed his reputation as well as his name. I’m concerned about his family. They must be going through hell at this very moment.
However, some say that Shiney is a human being after all. Every human has a lust factor in him/her. But it should not be at the cost of your dear ones.

And that means the following: everything which is forbidden.. wanted…yeah.. that’s true.. people get attracted to alcohol because it’s forbidden although the taste is very bad, as ppl say, they get attracted to sex.. because it’s forbidden.. and to maids or nanies – even if they’re worthless, ugly and not beautiful at all or some low class girls – but they turn them on.. that’s a fact.. humen’s nature, and how much a man would love his wife, after years.. he’ll just lose it.. loses the passion, the desire with his wife and will start looking for any other women to fulfill his desire.
But.. we’ve a brain which controls us.. controls our desire.. and if we’re hungry and we see some delicious food infront of us.. and in a moment to make a decision whether to have it or not, our brain would tell us in seconds: No.. this food may give us pleasure but will cost us our life, our career, our name and everything, for the sake of this food, I might hurt people around me, my family, my kids, even my parents or brothers.. all that would cross everyone’s mind in those moments.. but how it didn’t cross Shiney’s mind?! Was he really drunk?!
I could not believe it because while following up the news about Shiney, I read in masala & indicine websites that an old housemaid used to work at shiney’s house said that this young maid was in love with Shiney! and another maid said that this young girl told her a day before she files a case.. that shiney was trying to touch her.. on the same day, after they both finished their work in the afternoon, she asked her to leave with her, not to stay alone with Shiney, but the maid did not! she stayed!! how a girl who’s scared that this bachelar might touch her again would stay and not leaving the house?! She was in love with him.. and she wanted to stay there.. so how could this be a rape case?!

There were some unconfirmed reports that Shiney has confessed his crime. However, no clear details have been provided by the investigating cops.
According to the latest buzz, Shiney has asked for bail.
I just want fair justice. Let’s wait n watch!
