Apun Ka Choice: All in all, Race is not a bad watch at all. Yes, it could have been much better, if the director duo had incorporated more intelligent twists in the story!
CNN-IBN: Race has fast cars and fast babes, and it’s better than anything else its directors have made recently!
Glamsham: At least one trip is recommended if you are an action addict!
Hindustan Times: Honestly, it’s an absolutely average Abbas-Mustan plot pourri. But chances are that you might Race out of it, as exhausted as someone who’s been driving for hours without a destination!
IndiaFM: On the whole, Race is a superb entertainer all the way. It’s not just style, it has substance as well.
Now Running: Glamor, a ritzy gorgeousness and hedonism runs across Race, like a bolt of lightning cutting through a super-sleek surface, reminding us that the “Bold And The Beautiful” are basically compromised souls!
Rediff: Too many twists spoil this Race.
Times Of India: Abbas-Mustan dig deep into the darker side of the human psyche and come up with another thrilling study of wickedness. Paisa-vasool entertainment!

It’s an interesting one, too many twists which make u say to yourself ( Oh.. no..)but while watching the rest of the movie, and till u reach the end, you say: reasonable twists, a good movie to watch and different.
Afterall, what does the audience want from cinema and movies?? To enjoy time but not wasting it in some crap and stupid ones, in good movies. Race deserves to be watched.
Watching Race was one of the few movies that I enjoyed for a long time. Might be the twists and turns were too many thus making you expect the unexpected, but the movie keeps you on the edge of your seat and wholesome entertainer. Fantastic Akshay Khanna.
The difference between – a movie and good movie as I said earlier echoes in these reviews.
Its one time watchable – when you have no other movie to watch
well…1 f d biggies of the yr……nice story…screenplay cud have been much better..direction okay…no comedy at all….songs rock…saif had portrayed his character pretty well..so did bipasha..must watch entertainer..

I watched it and loved it.
I know a lot of people who didnt like it and I dont know why – maybe the found the plot was toooo much and wound round and round for no real reason. But I loved the whole ‘ohhhhhhh so thats what is going on’ followed by ‘oh not that is not what is going on’ after some 25 seconds hehe.

RACE is a movie worth watching , the twists , songs, & babes are truly fabulous. the director duo has brought about another stunner. saifs new appearence & akshays performance everything went well. above all the stunt sequence is worth watching

Just saw the movie yesterday…Hello.. Is there any other actor as stylish as the khanna boy who is probably the first in the history of bollywood to make the villany in his character so likeable..Undoubtedly the most spohisticated, stylish and the most underrated actor in Indian cinema.. Feel sad for him..
oh my god the movie sucked balls … it was such a waste of time … 2 and a half hours of pointless twists … i was feeling sorry for saif coz he was getting screwed left and right throughout the movie … turns out he was screwing everybody … not a good movie at any lengths … anil kapoors character was the only one that was interesting … he was witty and clever which was good … as for the rest all crap
