Too good & cool shots of new comers
ummmm… the last one is not malika it is bipasha basu. how could you mistake that
I’ve noticed a lot of people have complained, not here, but in general about how the women’s shots aren’t are interesting, or as hard worked for as the men’s. I have to disagree.
First of all, it’s the perception of beauty between men and women. Women are are like paintings or sculptures, their allure is their point blank aesthetic, their fragile, unblemished skin and yet, unimaginable strength. Men on the other hand are stimulating due to the intensity of emotion and harsh rawness of muscle and strength. So of course the pictures are completely unlike in that the men’s pictures focus on showcasing them as men and the women’s picture focus on them as women.
Also, another thing I really like was how Dabboo Ratnani picked to focus on each star’s money maker, their trade mark. For Aishwarya, it’s her flawless doll like features, without a doubt. For Hrithik, it’s his tense, emotive jawline. For Preity, it’s her sparkling eyes. For John, it’s his rock hard body. For Rani, it’s her dimpled smile. For Salman, his soul in his gaze. I mean, what he has focused on is what is most memorable about each star.
Yes, I agree that Priyanka’s was safe. Yes, I find Kangana’s a little risque, but so is Riya’s. But I think what the beauty of the calendar is vision to capture that “X” factor that each star seems to possess.
Amrita rao's pic is the best of all
