On April 5, Bollywood Buzz was the first to tell you that Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia have split. Here is the inside story of why the two parted.
Everything was hunky dory, until a few days before the 2009 IPL began in May. In fact, Ness and Preity had decided that they would soon get married, probably by the end of this year.
That is when Ness dropped the bomb.
A media source said, “Ness told Preity that he wouldn’t like her to act in films after marriage. Preity, of course, was shocked! She first thought he was joking, but when she realized that Ness was serious, she was heartbroken.
She knew, she wouldn’t give up films to have a relationship based on conditions. That meant, she would have to put an end to the relationship. It was a very tough decision but neither Ness nor Preity relented.”
Commenting on why Preity couldn’t do what Ness wanted, the source added, “Preity did not want to sacrifice her financial independence and security. She is a self-made person and after having tasted so much success, she did not want to give up everything in one day.”

This is the same reason which we often hear about stars’s breakup!.. they have some strong relationships for years.. and they walk together in the same path, they eat, walk, sit, sleep together, and when they want to tie the knot.. then this problem exists!! why?! She was with her boyfriend for almost 3 years.. didnt’ they discuss it before?! about the plans after marriage.. whether she’d continue working or not?! that’s rubbish.. I don’t think that they even were serious about marriage.. they’ve no interest in each others anymore and the media keeps on asking them about marriage.. so there’s no other excuses for them except this one!
Because there was nothing common between them. As Nisha Jamwal said many times I agree with her. She is from film fraternity and he is form corporate world. Nothing common. Period. Matter ends. Move on
